1. Who we are

2. Bookings

Requests via our form, WhatsApp or phone are confirmed by us in writing (email/WhatsApp). Prices on the Services page include equipment (wetsuit and board) and insurance where stated; no online payment is taken on this site.

3. Weather & safety

Surf depends on sea conditions. We may reschedule or relocate lessons (Magoito/Carcavelos) for safety; if we cancel and you cannot attend an alternative, no payment is due (or any prepayment is refunded).

4. Cancellations by you

Please give at least [24h — CONFIRM] notice to reschedule without cost; later cancellations or no-shows may be charged [CONFIRM policy].

5. Participation & health

Participants must be able to swim and must inform us of relevant health conditions. Instructions from coaches must be followed. Minors require parental/guardian authorisation.

6. Liability

Activities carry inherent risk; we operate with certified instructors and insurance as required by Portuguese law ([insurer/policy — CONFIRM]). Our liability is limited as permitted by law; personal items are the participant's responsibility.

7. Equipment rental

Rented gear must be returned in the same condition; damage beyond normal wear or loss may be charged at repair/replacement cost. ID may be required.

8. Complaints & disputes
